Mr. Frank's Famous Burger



  • 2 lbs lean ground beef (or turkey)

  • 7-8 dashes of Mr. Frank's Original Seasoning

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup Ketchup

  • 2 TB Worcestershire Sauce

  • 6-8 dashes of MAGGI® or low sodium soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 1 medium onion, finely diced

  • 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley choped


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Combine meat and ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, but gently either with your hand or a fork. Do not overwork or it will tighten the meat.

  3. Shape into patties of desired size and grill until no longer pink in the middle, usually 6-8 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the burger.

  4. Melt cheese of your choice when you flip burger if you are wanting a cheeseburger.

  5. Lightly butter fresh, crusty rolls and place face down on the grill quickly for a min to toast.

  6. Add your burger to the bun and any desired toppings, such as sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles… etc.
