Shipping Policy

At Mr. Frank’s Kitchen, we currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge we’ve received it. When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t receive either email, please check your spam or bulk mail folder first, and then contact us—we’re happy to assist!

 

Shipping Times

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. While we strive to meet this timeline, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier will have the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information. If an issue arises during transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
