Is your spice pure?


Here at Mr. Frank's we take great pride in the quality of our products. We use only the purest of spices and herbs available, and absolutely NO additives are used in any of our products. The exceptional quality of ingredients combined with our fresh ground process, allows us to offer you exemplary flavors unlike any other.




How long will my spices last?


It varies. Stored correctly, some herbs and spices will maintain peak freshness up to 2 years, but others lose flavor more quickly. Clients usually use up their Mr. Frank's Seasoning blends before this is ever a concern!




Are your spices and blends gluten-free?


None of our spices, or blends contain gluten. However, some of our spices, and ingredients may pass through facilities that also process grains containing gluten.




When will my item ship?


We process mail orders 5 days a week and ship within 48 hours, sometimes sooner! You will recieve an email with tracking information as soon as your item has been shipped.




Where is my order?


You should have received an order confirmation email from us when your order was received, and a second email when your order shipped. The second email will have your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received either email, check your bulk mail folder, and then contact us - we’ll be happy to help you track it down. If the package has left our warehouse, but something has gone wrong along the way, please contact the carrier directly, they’ll have the most up to date information for you. If you have a problem that you’re still unable to resolve, let us know and we’ll make it right.




I received my order but something was broken/missing, what should I do?


Please contact us right away at info@mrfrankskitchen.com and we’ll correct the problem right away.
