Mr. Frank's Sauteed Vegetables



  • 1 broccoli crown – broken into pieces

  • 1 cup baby carrots

  • 1 red pepper – sliced

  • 1 medium zucchini - sliced

  • 1 medium yellow squash - sliced

  • 2 cups halved mushrooms

  • 1 small onion - sliced

  • 2 TB butter or olive oil

  • Mr. Frank’s Original Seasoning


  1. Melt butter or heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat.

  2. Add carrots and cook for 3-4 min.

  3. Add remaining vegetables. 

  4. Add 4-6 dashes of Mr. Frank’s Original Seasoning – or to taste.

  5. While browning meat, take sliced onions and lay along the bottom of a large baking dish. Evenly distribute the minced garlic over the onions.  Sprinkle a bit of Mr. Frank’s® over the onion and garlic mix.

  6. Sautee to desired doneness. Garnish with fresh parsley.


Half of a fresh lemon squeezed over vegetables is also lovely if having seafood or pasta.
